Komco Training course – Communication Coaching
The Kommunikatiounscoaching (Komco) training course to obtain the title of Kommunikatiounscoach is offered at the Institut national des langues Luxembourg (INLL).
The training course prepares colleagues to progress in their communication in Luxembourgish, in a multicultural professional environment.

Target group
The training is open to anyone who:
- is fluent in Luxembourgish or has Luxembourgish as their mother tongue;
- wishes to become a communication coach in order to accompany colleagues in the workplace to help them use the Luxembourgish language productively at work;
- has the necessary computer equipment and has good command of IT devises.
Training objective
The aim of the training course is to train participants to support employees in their learning of communication in Luxembourgish from a linguistic and intercultural point of view in multicultural professional environments.
Training content
The training course lasts a total of 40 hours and is taught in Luxembourgish.
It takes place in blended learning mode:
- 4 days of face-to-face training, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Institut national des langues Luxembourg (INLL), on the Glacis site; The content concerns the accompaniment of adults in learning and the role of the communication coach.
- Module 1: Role of the Communication Coach
- Module 2: Tools to support an adult in a learning situation at work
- Module 3: Hardware Design
- Module 4: Action Plans
- 16 hours of eLearning training, to be undertaken during working hours and at the workplace among face-to-face training sessions. These are practical exercises that allow you to develop material that can be used directly in the workplace.
Training program
The program inlcudes includes:
- individual and group assignments;
- theoretical elements (language teaching for adults, particularly in the workplace);
- practical exercises (application of theories through activities that can be directly exploited in the workplace).
At the end of the training course, depending on your personal work, you should be able to:
- implement the andragogical tools necessary to support adults in learning in the workplace;
- take on the role du.de the mediator of linguistic and intercultural communication in Luxembourgish within the company:
- conduct interviews with peers to promote linguistic development and communicative autonomy in Luxembourgish.

- Thursday 10.12.2026 from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm
- Thursday 14.01.2027 from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm
Assessment and Certification
The evaluation is done throughout the training.
Conditions for obtaining the certificate:
- a minimum attendance rate of 70% for training;
- the completion of all eLearning activities and the oral presentation of 3 of them;
- the creation and presentation of an action plan.
At the end of the training course, participants obtain the Kommunikatiounscoach certificate in Luxembourgish provided that they meet all the above conditions.

The application files to be submitted must contain:
Training course fee: €100.
Applications for the 2026-2027 session can be submitted from 8 June 2026 until 11 September 2026.
An information meeting will take place on Monday 13.07.2026, 6pm-7pm or on Tuesday 15 September 2026, at 6pm at INLL-Glacis for selected candidates.
