The library

The mission of the INL library is to make a valuable contribution to the information, research, training, teaching and culture of the institution’s teaching community.

 

The INL library’s collection comprises books, audio books, films, methods combining books and CDs or DVDs, and about thirty periodicals in the eight languages taught at the INL. In addition to these documents, there is a section containing mono- and bilingual dictionaries, a reading section (novels, simplified novels, and audio books), and a section containing teaching materials (for teachers’ use only).

 

Access to the library is reserved for INL learners, who must present a valid learner’s card, and INL staff. All the documents may be consulted on-site. Most of the documents are available for borrowing.

A WIFI access is available for all INL students.

 

Lending Service

Learners registered with the INL and INL staff may use the lending service free of charge. Documents may be borrowed for:

  • two weeks for printed documents (may be renewed once);
  • one week for films (may be renewed once).

The number of documents that may be borrowed is limited to three for learners and six for staff.

Returning documents late may result in the temporary or definitive suspension of the borrower’s entitlement to use the service.
